i have spybot search and destroy, I have one tht came with my computer, but I have been getting emails (like spam) and such people I dont even know. Any idea how to stop this?

You must have registered your email from a website, or someone did.
No program protects you from email spam.
Gmail gives you anti-spam features.
stop using pc
Dont know what email program you are using, but most have spam filters or filters you can just make yourself.
Also using this after going online will help.
(dont install yahoo toolbar)
Ccleaner (will clean up crap after going online)
This is GREAT for cleaning spyware.
