Mike :
SUPERANTISPYWARE got rid of 24 incidences of spyware, in my computer, then I installed ZoneAlarm for more protection, but I keep getting a security alert OVER AND OVER that “89.140.42.129.static.user.ono.com” keeps trying to connect to me. What can I do to stop this, thanks.
Now I’m getting readings that 222.215.230.49 (from China) is also attempting to connect, I don’t know what to do…

make sure your firewall is on
IP address: 89.140.42.129
Host name: 89.140.42.129.static.user.ono.com
89.140.42.129 is from Spain(ES) in region Western Europe
Yea-someone is probing your computer (IP address). Why? I don’t know.
Are they succeeding in getting in? That is what you should find out.
These attempted ‘entry’ probes are the very reason a firewall is needed by everyone.
“Bots” scan entire IP address blocks, seeking under-defended systems, and where possible, gain entry and do who-knows-what (from peeking to system take-over).
Firewalls block incoming ‘packets’ that are unrequested from you (or an internal application) and if your firewall is set to ‘notify you’ it will drive you nuts; these bots operate 24/7.
Turn off the notifications, probably in your firewall settings; notices (or similar).
