How can I stop spammers from beating my spam blockers by using first and last names on their emails?

I have recieved over 500 spam in My Yahoo Bulk mail acct. in the last 4 days. They seem to beat the spam blockers by using a first and last name. No person could list every possible spelling of names into your spam blocker. I use Yahoo and Norton blockers and neither one catches this type email as spam. Change email address didn’t work. Checked for spyware and adware. It boggles me, but there has to be a solution, as it is only happening in My Yahoo Bulk Mail……………
